The V-NAS Medium 150 grit sanding bands are a versatile all rounder for all your nail enhancement needs. 

For heavy duty grinding of acrylic, and fast removal of extra structure of longer nails, we recommend the green V-NAS COARSE Sanding Bands available in turquoise only (but do not recommend these for nail prep).
